Have your say AND receive a free boating safety pack!

Maritime New Zealand (MNZ) is looking at ways to improve their online recreational boating safety information and want your feedback about how they can do that better.

Currently they have two websites: the Maritime New Zealand website:, which has a “Recreational” section aimed at recreational boaties, and the Stay on Top website: developed to help support their recreational boating safety promotions.

They have developed two online surveys – each accessible from the website homepages. They will only take a few minutes to complete.

The surveys will be up until early to mid April and MNZ will then use the feedback to redevelop their web-based recreational boating safety information to better meet boaties’ needs.

Your answers to the survey are completely anonymous; however, if you would like to receive a free boating safety pack that includes a cell phone ziplock bag, the Safe Boating booklet and DVD, and a sticker with safe boating tips, then MNZ will require your postal details.
