Hauraki Gulf Use and Values Survey

Hauraki Gulf Use and Values Survey running from 3 March until 21 April 2014.
The survey is being run by AUT PhD candidate Rebecca Jarvis who is studying conservation social networking in the gulf under Dr Barbara Breen. The survey is not specific to conservation, however, and covers all uses and values.
The results of the survey will be used in Rebecca’s thesis with full anonymity and confidentiality (respondents names and contacts are not kept with the response data. The results will also form important use and values data for Sea Change –Tai Timu Tai Pari, the Hauraki Gulf Marine Spatial Plan. And finally, if you tick the box at the end, you too will receive summary data, once analysed.
We want to hear about the places you visit in the Hauraki Gulf, what you do there and how you view the state of the local environment in these places.
Anyone who completes the survey can choose to enter a draw to win a Fullers Waiheke Island Explorer Tour family pass for two adults and two children. Thanks to our friends at Fullers.
You’ll find the survey link and full details of the prize package at
