The International Speedsurfing Association is IFCA's division for speed windsurfing. For the 2005 Grand Prix Tour and World Championships we are looking for suitable venues for these events.

The Auckland Race Series 2004-2005

The 2004-05 Auckland Race Series will be held over six weekends and will comprise eight race days. Competition starts on Saturday 25th September and culminates in the Auckland Formula Championships on Saturday 8th January. The goal for the season remains consistent with previous years; to provide high quality, structured, multi-discipline windsurf racing for a wide range of skill levels.

YNZ announce team for ISAF World Youth Sail

At the conclusion of racing in the Yachting New Zealand Youth Sail regatta, Yachting New Zealand announced the team to represent New Zealand at the ISAF World Youth Sailing Championships to be held in Poland this year.

Windsurfing South Pacific Marathon is back!

After a hiatus of a several years, the Windsurfing South Pacific Marathon is back!

Scheduled for Sunday 16 May at Shakespear Regional Park, the WSP Marathon is an event with a focus on fun, adventure and drag racing with your mates. As the name implies, the event is a long distance race - the course will cover some 20-25 nautical miles (across 4 legs) and will feature a self-selecting handicap start so you can guarantee you will be racing people of similar ability and speed.

Rotorua Windsurfing got $6900.00 from the New Zealand Community Trust for
the purchase of the RIB.

It will be used as a support boat for their major windsurf events including
the Secondary Schools Windsurfing Regatta at Rotorua. It is also intended to
