BRING IT ON 2017! Big plans ahead Get together and mid-season meeting

A mid-season meeting to see where we're at and hopefully get some good suggestions to further improve the work we do for the club. As we didn't get a chance to organise a Xmas BBQ this will also double as a social gathering.

Some topics to be discussed:
- Jardines access issues
- Creighton working bee
- SLWRC mega event (GY downwinder?)
- Rat Point issues after fire
- Club gear (Thank you FX for donating some snow kiting gear! Wish you all the best in your travels)
- Club benefits and membership

The WNZ AGM is traditionally held at and during the National Slalom event each year. Rather than scheduling a specific time and place it has been found easier to schedule it into the race schedule as conditions permit so it does not conflict or interfere with racing. If you have any matters you would like to raise at the AGM please notify Bruce Spedding.

Minutes and other docs from 2016 AGM are available here http://www.windsurfingnz.org/content/agm-minutes-2016

Any kiters want to learn to windsurf ? Or any friends wanting to learn ?
I (Sue Bradley) am running an instructors course this weekend at Frankton in QT and still need some students for a free lesson for my potential instructors to practice on. Can you pass the word. First in get the places. Women and men for this one. Sat 4pm. Need to book with me first. Will just need towel and swimsuit and a positive attitude. :)

Hope you're all dusting off your gear as you pack your snow gear away. A few of us went to Glenorchy yesterday and a couple to Crighton today. Its not that cold !!!
