Freestyle event specifics

Each competitor in a heat will be handed a coloured rash shirt by the judges immediately before the heat. Once a competitor has completed the heat, the competitor must return the rash shirt to the judges. This indicates that the competitor is off the water.

Only those competitors in a heat will be monitored on the water by the judges. If you choose to go out sailing outside of your heat, you are considered to be freesailing and not the responsibility of the organiser.

Two sets of rash shirts may be used in rotation to help reduce time wastage between heats.
