Freestyle Nationals 2011 - it's all ON!

Tomorrow Sat 19 Nov at Bayswater, registration starting at 9am with first possible heat at 10am. Please note that we can only accept cash. Also we won't be allowed on the grass area with cars as we had a few issues at the last slalom event. So please unload and park up on the road! The forecast is looking really good for tomorrow, so we are trying to get a result by tomorrow afternoon with an optional expression session on Sunday. Windsurfing New Zealand Free Insurance cover for affiliated clubs to be continued

The Public Liability Insurance trialed in 2010-2011 is to be repeated in 2011-2012. This cover is free to all local events run by affiliated clubs, and covers windsurfing events (and kites). National competitions require a levy of $5 per entrant. There are a number of requirements to get cover, but WNZ will help with this. Read on for details...

Funds raised for Christchurch Windsports Community approaches $2000

The Windsurfing NZ fundraising for the Christchurch Windsports community is approaching $2000. The final amount will be presented to the CWA at the Lake Clearwater weekend event in November so there is still time to contribute.
