Sole kiwi performs well at Kona Worlds 2016

Stu Warman competed at the Kona worlds in Florida last week. He finished 19th over all (100+ competitors) , and was second in his weight class - Light Medium. He was the only kiwi.

Windsurfing Event safety check-out / check-in board

At the recent Eastbourne Windsurfing Fun Slalom event we trialled a check-out / check-in board system for managing safety. I first encountered this at the National Slalom event in Dunedin and it worked well, so I decided to try it here. It worked well so here's the details on how to make and use your own (total cost $6)

ISAF approves the Kona One Design class

It has been announce that only in its 4th season as an established class, the Kona One met the ISAF criteria's and was acknowledged with an overwhelming 11 to 2 majority vote at the 2009 ISAF conference last November - among the 13 international delegates.
